Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please Note: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bath & Body products (for hygiene reasons)
- Personal care items
- Opened or used candle accessories
- Custom-made or personalized items

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Refund Information
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange:

- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges
